A mascot-led brand for Timbi, the platform and consultancy team that simplifies access to EU funding: strategy, identity and a human voice that turn a labyrinth of rules into a game you can actually win.

The challenge

EU funding is one of the biggest opportunities a company can reach for, and one of the least approachable. Dense rules, endless forms, language written for institutions instead of people. Most give up before they start.

Timbi, part platform, part consultancy team, set out to change how that process feels. It needed a brand that could carry the promise: paperwork can be beaten.

The approach

One inversion drove the strategy: if bureaucracy feels like a game rigged against you, build the guide that helps you win it. Timbi is the ally on your side of the desk. Not another corporate voice explaining the rules.

The voice follows: plain words, short sentences, progress celebrated the way a teammate would. Where the sector writes to protect itself, Timbi writes to help.

The mascot

At the centre of the identity sits the mascot: a character you can root for, drawn to make paperwork feel beatable and animated so the brand never sits still. It makes the promise personal. You are not facing the labyrinth alone.

Timbi now shows up as the smile in a room full of paperwork. Branding is not decoration. It is strategy made visible, and for Timbi it makes the mission impossible to ignore.

The outcome

Timbi turns a process built to intimidate into one people can actually approach. Strategy, voice, motion and mascot work as one system, making EU funding feel clearer, lighter and more human. A brand designed not just to explain the rules, but to give people the confidence to play and win.
